Team Building Success Story

Once you have a team member do you know what to do with them? How do you get them trained and keep them motivated? What if they aren’t making money right away? Is it going to require all your time and energy? Do you want to spend hours every day training each team member and basically being their main support system?

 

Sounds a little overwhelming doesn’t it? The thoughts of having those responsibilities can be a little daunting. I think some of us even self-sabotage because of this fear of being overwhelmed or not knowing how to help our team member be successful.

 

That’s exactly what happened to Juanita. For four frustrating years she struggled to build a team without success. She was stressed with thoughts of “What if I don’t know everything?” or “What if I can’t help them?”

 

Once she got plugged into the system at Mentoring for Free she now has the skill, confidence and resources to help her team. She knows exactly what to do, where to send them for training, how to get them making money quickly and she doesn’t have to spend hours upon hours every day doing it. Her family is important to her and she has learned to use her time wisely and efficiently as to not take away from her family time.
