1. They have low self-esteem. They don’t like to talk to strangers, have a sense of “I’m not worthy.”, easily think it’s their fault, always apologizing, don’t accept compliments well, and don’t call their sponsor because they don’t feel worthy of their time. And there is an epidemic of low self-esteem out there.
2. They can’t laugh at themselves. Take things too seriously, not relaxed. They analyze things too much and too long.
3. They live in the past. Constantly remembering the past instead of embracing the future. Basing the future on what has happened in the past. They don’t accept change – like new technology.
And I’m going to throw in a fourth reason for good measure.
4. They listen to people that don’t have the life or belief that the entrepreneur wants.
Of course there are many other reasons but I feel these are in the top four. I would like to briefly talk about how these fail factors can be overcome.

I have found that when I allow others to see the real person that I am (and that includes my imperfections) most often, it will strengthen the relationship. And besides, it’s just fun!
Live in the Now - Quit fretting over the past or the future, live in the now. Many rely on past experiences to gauge whether they will succeed in the future. It is beneficial to learn from your past mistakes and experiences but don’t limit yourself by thinking you ‘can’t” do something because you were never able to before. With your new found self-esteem and confidence the possibilities are limitless.
Things are always a changin’ so embrace it. Don’t be afraid to learn new systems and technologies. In today’s competitive business climate, it is necessary. Don’t assume it is too difficult.
